This ethics CLE will explore marketing practices to help you stand out in a crowded field, review the relevant Rules of Professional Conduct and ethics opinions governing attorney advertising, and examine how those requirements apply in today’s rapidly changing online marketing landscape. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to market effectively while staying on the right side of the ethical rules.
