Request Funds for a Trip

This form is to request funds if your child is using the GOI program for a trip other than a synagogue or day school program.

If your child is traveling to Israel with a synagogue confirmation or day school 8th-grade trip, they will provide you with a form which should be returned to your synagogue/day school.

All funds will be sent directly to the program and can take 4-6 weeks to receive.
